At our Essex Podiatry (Lawford) practice we offer a comprehensive service treating all forms of foot pain from ingrowing toenails, hard skin and corns, to heel pain and knee problems.

We specialise in treating ingrowing toenails, heel pain and ankle problems but we can treat all forms of foot and lower limb injuries caused by altered lower limb function, injury, walking or sporting activities.

The most common conditions we successfully resolve are:

• Ingrowing toenails
• Heel Pain
• Flatfoot Disorders and Ankle problems
• Childrens foot deformities and growing pains.
• Corns and callus (hard skin)

We can permanently and painlessly remove troublesome ingrowing toenails that have often been present for many years which previously have caused considerable pain and limited footwear choices.  We can remove hard skin and corns, making you feel like you are walking on air when you leave.

For musculoskeletal conditions, I use taping and strapping techniques, footwear advice, activity modification, exercise therapy, acupuncture and a whole range of functional foot orthoses to get you back on your feet and back to what you enjoy doing best.

This practice was created by Sue Bamber approximately 3 years ago. Sue started this as an adjunct to the Foundry Court clinic as part of Manningtree Podiatry. When Sue retired at the end of October 2018 and I took over the practice it became another part of Essex Podiatry.

ONLINE BOOKING

We have two different appointment types available to new patients. An Initial Podiatry (45 mins) and an Initial MSK/Biomechanical (75 mins).

If you have a skin or nail problem including; Ingrowing Toenail, Fungal Nail, Verruca, Athletes Foot or Hard Skin and Corns, then Initial Podiatry is the option for you.

If you have pain from the ball of your foot to your knee and everything in between including: Neuroma, Metatarsalgia, Arthritis, Plantar Fasciitis, Achilles or Ankle Pain or similar then the Initial MSK/Biomechanical is the option for you.

If you have health insurance with Bupa, Aviva, WPA or Cigna please contact us rather than use only booking.
